APPLETON – Appleton banged out 15 hits and rolled to the seven-inning victory.
Jason Malkowski and Brandon Winfield combined to pitch a three-hitter for the Legends. Malkowski worked the first four innings and allowed three hits, while striking out three. Winfield pitched the final three innings and struck out five.
